This program recognizes team members who positively impact residents’ lives and our community. Residents, team members, and supervisors submit nominations including a short description of how a team member has gone above and beyond to provide for our residents. We award two nominees monthly with a special parking spot and present them with a check and certificate at our monthly resident town hall meeting. We also showcase their contribution on Facebook and on our team member community platform.
