Senior Independence Receives National Recognition

Senior Independence named a national best practice agency.

Senior Independence has been named a national best practice agency by Fazzi Associates in one of home healthcares most respected patient satisfaction benchmarking surveys in the country. The agency is the home health and hospice division of Westminster Canterbury Lynchburg.

In recognition of its superior performance in overall patient satisfaction results in 2014, Senior Independence has been awarded the 2015 Patient Satisfaction Award of Distinction by Fazzi Associates. The annual award is presented to home health organizations that place in the top 25 percent of Fazziís patient satisfaction national database based on a comparative analysis of overall satisfaction.
